At AMANY Online Shop we want every purchase to be clear and safe. This page explains our product types, the inspection rules on delivery, and how returns and exchanges work.

Our product types

1 — Master Box

The full product as the brand sells it, including:

  • The original box
  • Official packaging
  • Original cellophane seal
  • All the brand's original details

2 — Tester

The same fragrance intended for trial and display, with the same scent, longevity and projection as the Master version.

It usually comes without the luxury outer packaging or the cellophane seal of the Master Box.

3 — Mini / travel size

A smaller size of the same fragrance — ideal for:

  • Trying a scent before buying the full size
  • Travel
  • Quick everyday use

Inspection on delivery

Tester products

You may open and test a Tester on delivery to check the scent and quality before accepting it.

Master Box products

Master Boxes are sealed in the brand's original cellophane, so the box may not be opened on delivery to preserve the product's condition.

Authenticity can be checked via the QR code, batch code and the brand's original packaging.

Returns and exchanges

Tester products

You may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is:

  • A problem with the product
  • A clear defect
  • A difference from what was ordered

after contacting customer service and having the product reviewed.

Master Box products

Master Boxes may be exchanged or returned within 48 hours of delivery provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • The original cellophane is unopened
  • The product is unused
  • All original packaging is present

Important notes

  • ⚠️ Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • ⚠️ Our quality team reviews the product before a return or exchange is accepted.
  • ⚠️ Shipping costs for returns or exchanges not caused by a store error are paid by the customer.
  • ✅ If the order was wrong or the product defective, the store covers the full shipping cost.
  • ⏰ Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
